She Made It Happen
Their story, told in their own words. Not ours.
Problem
Pandemic-era virtual events flattened engagement. A booth became a couple of banners and one video. The brief: build a year-long campaign across three women-in-tech events (Women in Tech, Women Who Code, Grace Hopper) that didn't feel like a downgrade.
Solution
Discovery interviews with Capital One's women technologists surfaced the line that became the whole campaign: She Made It Happen. Strong, empowering, and built to carry across every event. Video did the heavy lifting: their story, told in their own words, not ours. For the apparel activation, visitors picked their own pronoun before anything shipped, free, and just for them.
