Event Activations
Two crowded event floors, two ways to stand out: a booth that gave back and a fan fest that didn't look like a bank.

AFP 2022 Conference
Problem
Treasury management's biggest event of the year is packed with competitors fighting for the same meetings. How do you get noticed, and get on the calendar?
Solution
Built the booth around a double meaning: treasury management and the idea that a business can put more back into the world than it takes out. A basketball activation drove traffic; every badge scan triggered a donation to The Mann Center's Music Industry Training Program in Philadelphia, which gives 15 to 23 year-olds a real path into music and entertainment careers.
CIAA Fan Fest
Problem
Show up at a two-day college basketball fan fest without looking like a typical bank, while planting the idea that Capital One is where your career actually starts.
Solution
Pair hard-hitting lines like "Game-changing careers start right here" and "Other banks count change. We make it." with upcycled basketball planters and a Baltimore favorite, Utz Crab Chips. Partnered with SketchFacesDC for live digital caricatures, giving every attendee something custom, unique, and worth posting.
